American Cheese Society Annual Conference

Professionals, purchasers, and influencers from all over the United States, Canada, and Europe attend this event. In 2012 more than 850 attendees took part, with more than 1,000 people attending our signature event, the Festival of Cheese. Attendees represent a range of industry professionals, including cheesemakers, retailers, distributors, academics/educators, press, food writers, enthusiasts, and more.
