Customer Service- It’s What We Do!

When you “get down to brass tacks”, Nelson-Jameson is a customer service based company.  We don’t take that term lightly.  From the trainer of new CSR’s to the seasoned Account Manager who is face to face with our customers every day, we are all dedicated to doing what it takes to make sure our customers needs are met.

This fierce determination and commitment to customer service has enabled us to create a happy, loyal customer base.  For this we are truly grateful. 

We believe that Nelson-Jameson has both internal and external customers.  Internally, we all need to work together as a team, so that we may better serve our external customers.  It takes literally ALL departments, working together to accomplish true, exemplary customer service. Nelson-Jameson strives to instill in our employees customer service skills that go above and beyond what our customer’s expect.  If you are a current customer, we believe you understand what we are talking about.  If not, we hope you’ll give us a try to see how we go the extra mile to get you what you need, when you need it.
